Is Counselling and Psychotherapy Right for you?

Considering counselling is often daunting and can create a fear of the unknown. Taking the first step to begin making positive changes in our lives can allow us to take back control and see a new perspective. Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore our challenges and difficulties, as well as identifying and building on our strengths and resources.

During your first session I will explain in more detail how I work and answer any questions you might have. You will have the space to talk about whatever is most helpful for you. We can begin to get to know each other and how we might work together.
